What if I have no prior experience in real estate development?

That's exactly who this is built for. Most of my members came in as flippers, realtors, or W-2 professionals with zero development experience. The program starts with the fundamentals — how to find land, read zoning, run numbers — and walks you through every step from there. You don't need to know development yet. That's what I'm here to teach you.

How much money do I need to start my first development deal?

Less than you think. Module 4 covers exactly how to find capital partners, use OPM (other people's money), and structure deals so you're not funding everything yourself. Most of my members didn't start with development capital — they started with a process and built from there.

What is the estimated time needed to complete the program?

It's a 6-month program. You'll have weekly coaching calls and full access to the materials throughout. Most members start taking real action — identifying land, running numbers, talking to builders — within the first few weeks. This isn't a "watch and wait" program. You work through it in real time, on a real deal.

Is this a course I watch online, or something more?

It's not a course you watch and forget. It's a 6-month coaching program with weekly live calls, unlimited Q&A, a private community, and direct access to me.
